Large Generator Power Multiple Items!
This Larger 7000 Watt Generator can handle up to 3 blowers or 2 blowers and a Concession
*Ask how many blowers your unit requires to operate.
*Powering multiple units may require a gas refill. You can add an additional 5 gallons of gas to your order for $25. This is available as an Add On.
Note: Each bounce house blower requires about 11 amps each, multiple blowers or plugging in additional items to the generator can cause the breaker to trip due to overload.

Park Use FAQ
Call the office to find out how to reserve your space and see if a permit is needed
All Bounce House vendors must have insurance, with One Million in coverage... Yes E&J does! :)
Ask the Park Office to see if they have our insurance on file. It'll be under our name E&J Funday Rentals
No problem, it only takes a couple days for E&J to send a copy of our Certificate of Insurance listing the Parks and Rec as an Additionally Insured. Just need the exact wording from the park office.
The park office will let you know if they have power, if a bounce house can be plugged in to their outlets, or if you need a generator for power. E&J offers generators (need to be 3000 watts)!
The park office will tell you where it should be set up and how to set up. Some parks if in grass allow stakes to secure the bounce house, others say "No Stakes", use sandbags. Tell E&J how and where they say to set up.
The Park Office will tell you how early you can set up, and how late you can stay before requiring everything to be picked up. Most Parks require all items to be picked up and off the premises before dark, but thy will tell you. E&J likes to set up at least 1 hour before start time.
Ask the Park Office if they allow wet units and if they have water available. If they do, they'll give you a spigot to access the water or have park staff turn it on.
The park will need to provide access to the water, E&J will bring a 50ft water hose. If more hose is needed due to the distance of the unit from the spigot, then please discuss with E&J prior to the party. Remember the units must be on level ground.
Typically you would need one generator per outlet. For example, you'll need one for the inflatable unit to run the blower/blowers. If you're renting concessions like Popcorn, Cotton Candy, or Snow Cone machines, you'll need another generator near the area you'll be setting up the concessions.
E&J delivers and picks up tables and chairs in stacks. We try schedule delivery at least one hour before your start time to allow enough time for you to set up and for our crew to clear out of the way before your guests start arriving at the scheduled start time.
E&J typically schedules pick up a few minutes after your party end time to allow your guests to clear. Our driver will have a route with a certain number of pick ups, so he must complete his pick up timely so he can make his next appointment on time.
The bounce house should be cleared of all riders and all personal belongings. All tables and chairs should cleared of items, cleaned of debris, and stacked, ready for pick up. Any left over concession supplies such as syrup, ice, cups, etc can be thrown away. E&J will not reuse supplies, every customer gets fresh new supplies for the orders.

You are welcome to use your own generator as long as it supports a minimum of 3000+ running watts.
E&J is not responsible for the power if you decide to use your own power source. Note: All payments are due to E&J for the items rented.

E&J does not recommend plugging in additional items to a generator that has been dedicated for use with a bounce house. The blowers pull about 11 amps. Any additional load added to a generator may require the generator to use more fuel, can cause a breaker to trip resulting in the bounce house blower losing power while in use.
Is this a generator provided by E&J? If so, call us to trouble shoot. We can go through 3 easy steps to help diagnose the problem before dispatching a driver to resolve the issue.
1. Is the generator running still?
A. Yes - If there are four outlets, lets try the other top plug on the other set of outlets.
Power to the blower Now?
B. No - Full reset required, power down the generator, unplug all items, reset breaker.
Restart generator, only plug in the bounce house blower.
Resolved? No, E&J will dispatch a driver to resolve.
No - The generator has stopped running
A. Check fuel level in the tank.
Has gas?
No gas left, will need to refuel.
Yes has gas, may need to unload all items plugged in, restart with choke set, then open throttle fully and let run, then plug on the bounce house blower in.
B. Trying to restart but will not stay on, red light blinks.
Red light blinking indicates the generator is low on oil. This is is built in to protect the motor. E&J will dispatch a driver to resolve.
